Clockwork Throne Inc.

Leveraging a core MMO platform known as Tornado2, Clockwork Throne hopes to establish itself as a rising star in the online multiplayer space.
Shadow's Kiss founding
Shadow’s Kiss is a massively multiplayer game where players assume the role of vampires in a modern, gothic Game of Thrones. Work on Shadow’s Kiss began in May of 2015, but drew heavily from years of design notes written by founder Thomas Sitch, himself an avid gamer and once a storyteller in the Camarilla LARP. In January of 2016, Sitch and several team members began working on Shadow’s Kiss full time, ultimately showing at the Austin Game Conference in September 2016. In December of 2016 the Shadow’s Kiss team deployed the first alpha servers and downloadable client, allowing early backers in to explore the early levels and experience lairs purchased as part of the early backer program.
Shadow’s Kiss Kickstarter
In November of 2017, the Clockwork Throne Team ran a successful Kickstarter for Shadow’s Kiss. The project surpassed it’s in initial goal within 24 hours, and ended with 884 backers pledging $80,414, more than three times the original sum! With the market validation of the Kickstarter under their belt, the team spent 2018 building out the initial levels of the game, and vastly expanded the game systems, customization options, NPCs, and adversaries.
Shadow’s Kiss draws a lot of inspiration from player driven content from games such as Crowfall and Shadowbane, and also finds a lot of inspiration in previous ground breaking (non-WOW) games such as City of Heroes and Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines.
